Operation 'Fast and Furious,' the controversial undercover operation that allowed U.S. guns to be walked into Mexico, was a 'risky strategy' that did not 'adequately take into account the significant danger to public safety that it created.' That was the verdict today from the Inspector General of the Department of Justice after an investigation that spanned more than a year and a half.
