Earth-like planets may be surprisingly common in our part of the Milky Way, say astronomers from the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics. They looked at data from NASA's Kepler space telescope, and conclude that six percent of red dwarf stars -- the most common in the galaxy -- probably have Earth-like, habitable planets.
