A Michigan City man died from injuries in a two-vehicle crash at the Porter/LaPorte County line 4:15 Monday afternoon. Porter County Sheriff's Police say the driver of a motorcycle, 60-year-old Grady Royal from Michigan City, was ejected and found unconscious and unresponsive on the ground by first responders. Police say he was not wearing a helmet and died at a local hospital. Authorities say the initial investigation indicates Royal was eastbound on US HWY 20 in the right lane, police say, when the other driver, who was not injured, made a left turn onto southbound County Line RD from westbound US HWY 20.  Alcohol, drugs, and speed are not believed to have played a role in the crash.
