Indiana State Police at the Toll Road say they're responding to a fatal accident on the westbound Toll Road near mile marker 40, in the Michigan City area.  Police say the one-vehicle accident happened at approximately 10:30 this morning Central Time, and at 12 noon all lanes both directions were shut down. Police also say a medical helicopter was called in to fly someone out from the scene.  We had a report the crash occurred under the Holmesville Road bridge, but that has not yet been confirmed.
