The Schererville Town Council is accepting applications to fill some vacancies. According to their press release, the town is seeking one member for each of the following positions: Park Board, Plan Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals, and Police Commission. Applications can be obtained at the Schererville Town Hall's Administrative Office, between 7:30am-to-4:30pm, Monday through Friday, or one can be downloaded at their website, http://schererville.org/. The town reports applications must be returned to the Administration Office on or before Wednesday, December 19^th.
