A Texas man is awaiting further court proceedings after posting bond Tuesday on a charge of molesting an 11 year old Highland girl in 2009. The Times reports Enrique Marks Junior recently drove up from Texas to voluntarily turn himself in, after Lake County authorities on two-separate occasions reportedly declined to have him extradited, due to budget constraints, after he was stopped by Brownsville, Texas, Police on the Lake County warrants, once in 2009, and again in October of this year. Published reports say Marks is required to wear an electronic ankle monitor as he waits for his next court appearance.
