In Lake County, northbound I-65 was shut down for more than five hours this morning after troopers say a semi tractor-trailer overturned around 4:30 this morning near the State Road 2 – Lowell exit. Indiana State Police say the truck was hauling barrels of industrial lubricant and there was a lot of cleanup involved. No word at this time if the product itself got onto the roadway. There were no injuries being reported.
