Have you noticed that as you get older some things just don't seem as fun as they used to? For example, my sister still likes to go out to bars dancing till last call. For me I prefer a place with a band and by one am I'm ready for bed! What things would you put on the list? I think Buzzfeed hit it right on with their lists check them out!

ELTON JOHN ISN'T UP WITH THE TIMES
Last night on "Jimmy Kimmel Live," Elton John said he's never downloaded anything from the Internet. He said he doesn't have a phone.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU CHECK YOUR PHONE? THE AVERAGE PERSON DOES IT 110 TIMES A DAY (AND UP TO EVERY 6 SECONDS IN THE EVENING)
How many times do you check your phone? According to figures collected by a screen lock app, the average user actually checks their phone around 110 times day. During peak times, this equates to once every six or seven seconds, with some users unlocking their devices up to 900 times over the course of a day, which in reality is around 18 hours. The information was collected by Android app Locket, which monitored how many times its 150,000 users checked their phone over in a day. Although 110 times a day seems a high figure, other research suggests it may be even higher. At peak times, the average person checks their device around nice times an hour. Off peak, this drops to four times an hour.
REBEL WILSON: DIET COMPANIES FIGHTING TO SIGN HER AS SPOKESPERSON
Rebel Wilson has always incorporated self-deprecating jokes about her fuller figure into roles throughout her career, but might the star of ABC's "Super Fun Night" be willing to trade in the laughs for a lucrative spokesperson deal with a diet company? RadarOnline reports that Wilson is being pursued by the likes of Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig, hoping that the star might follow in the footsteps of Jessica Simpson. "Rebel is asking for a fortune, but still looking at all the offers and is not ready to rule it out yet," a source tells the website.
Yesterday, i spent hours with my mom doing what we do best... making halloween decorations. You see Halloween is a BIG DEAL in my family. Growing up my mom would always plan these elaborate Haunted Houses in our basement. From the spagetti guts, to the corn maze, to the chainsaw wielding killer chasing you down the alley she had horror covered. (So much so my sister still thinks our basement is haunted!)
As kids, we always were a part of the supply gathering process. I can remember one year she gave us all a garbage bag and told us not to come back till it was completely filled with leaves. Once we were all back, she proceeded to dump the bags throughout the basement for the right sound effect! (My dad wasn't too happy!) Or when she piled us in the bed of a pickup and we drove out to a corn field to "borrow" some corn stalks to build a corn maze. (Later that corn maze would set the backyard on fire, but that's another story!)
Now it is my turn to take over the tradition. Rob has already warned me he won't be a part of my shinannigans, but that hasn't slowed me down! I cannot wait till we have kids, so we can make our own basement haunted house! I guess this year I'll have to settle for the best front yard graveyard scene on the block! To be continued...
