Welcome The Class Of 2018!!!

Annie's Blog

HIgh school graduation is coming around the corner for the Class of 2014. Wow 2014, seems so distant from my Class of 2003!!! That means the incoming Freshman Class will be the Class of 2018!!! Jeeze, how the world has changed...

They've been alive for 47 albums of "Now That's What I Call Music" ( I can remember getting the first one for Christmas!)
The Backstreet Boys and NSYNC have been bands longer than they've been alive!
The songs "Waterfalls" by TLC and "All Star" by Smash Mouth is older than they are!
Beanie Babies have never been a gold mine
Chances are they've never burned a CD (ohhh the days of Napster)
If you say "You sound like a broken record," chances are they don't understand the meaning!

YIKES! What would you add to the list?

THE SIMPSONS PRODUCER SAYS MAJOR CHARACTER KILL OFF WILL BE BIGGER THAN GAME OF THRONES' PURPLE WEDDING

And now Jean is comparing the death to Game of Thrones, even calling the upcoming episode the “Yellow Wedding” - referencing the HBO fantasy show's now notorious Purple Wedding. The producer promises that the season 26 premiere scheduled for this autumn will “be a bigger deal” than Game of Thrones. The death may not be permanent as the executive producer made it clear: “We always have kind of a flexible reality,” suggesting the character could return.

Christina Aguilera has confirmed No Doubt frontwoman Gwen Stefani will join The Voice as a coach. Rumors that bosses at NBC wanted the Don’t Speak singer to replace Aguilera while she takes time off during her pregnancy began to circulate earlier this month, and the Dirrty star appears to have now confirmed the news. Welcome to our crazy fam (family)!” Pharrell Williams is set to replace judge Cee Lo Green for the next series of the talent show competition, while singers Adam Levine and Blake Shelton are expected to keep their spots on the panel.

So, who received redemption? Kat Perkins of Team Adam Levine. That meant Kelly (of Team Usher) and Boyer (of Team Shakira) were immediately sent home. Unfortunately, now Usher and Shakira are both down to their final contestants after just two weeks of the live competition.
