Annie was born and raised in Northwest Indiana with her younger sister and parents in Hammond. After spending some time out of the area chasing the radio dream she has moved back to start a family with her two main men: Jager the mutt and fiance Rob. When she is not on the air Annie enjoys cheering her favorite Chicago sports teams (Da Bears, Da Bulls, And Da Sox), hiking, and exploring new fairs and festivals! (Anything Deep Fried she's in!) Annie cannot wait to share her life with you on air and is excited to be back in the Region doing what she loves!

Some of the year’s biggest names in news, entertainment and pop culture are sitting down with Walters for her annual ABC special Barbara Walters Presents: The 10 Most Fascinating People of the Year. The 90-minute program will air Wednesday, Dec. 18, at 8:30 p.m. The special, in its 21st year, includes Hollywood darling Jennifer Lawrence, NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden, ABC News Good Morning America anchor Robin Roberts, Miley Cyrus, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West -- together known as KimYe-- the breakout stars from the hit reality TV show Duck Dynasty, and arguably the most famous infant in the world -- Duchess Kate and Prince William’s baby George, the heir to the British throne.


Chord Overstreet is on the search for “Mrs. Wonderful,” and has his eyes set on none other than Sandra Bullock. “I’ve actually never met her,” Overstreet said on yesterday’s “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.” “I saw her from a distance at one of these red carpet things and it was a little, a little bit like too scared to talk to her. She was that beautiful.” Taking up DeGeneres’ suggestion to ask the Oscar winner on a date right then and there, Overstreet looked into the camera and said, “Sandra, would you go out with me? Oh, it would be amazing if you could just respond right now so I’m not left waiting.” 


The Blacklist” will return next year with a three-week run of new episodes, NBC announced yesterday. The hit drama stars James Spader.

Paul Walker, star of The Fast and the Furious, has died. The actor died Saturday afternoon when a car he was in crashed and exploded in Santa Clarita, Calif. The driver also died. Police released a statement about the accident: "When they arrived, deputies found the vehicle engulfed in flames. The Los Angeles County Fire Department responded, extinguished the fire and subsequently located two victims inside the vehicle. The victims were pronounced dead at the scene." A Tweet from Walker's verified account reads: "It's with a heavy heart that we must confirm Paul Walker passed away today in a tragic car accident."


Lindsay Lohan is allegedly planning to sue the makers of Grand Theft Auto V. The actress has reportedly instructed her lawyers to start drawing up a lawsuit against video game producers, Rockstar Games, as she claims they created a character that looks and acts like her without her permission. The video game cover features a blonde woman holding a phone, who is later chased by paparazzi, and Lindsay claims she was the inspiration.


Former basketball superstar Michael Jordan, 50, is going to be a father again. The father of three married Cuban-American model Yvette Preito, 34, seven months ago in Palm Beach, Florida. The pair have been a couple for five years after meeting at Miami nightclub in 2008. On April 27, the couple got married at Episcopal Church of Bethesda-by-the-sea and then had a $10 million dollar reception at Bear's club in Jupiter, Florida.
