Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels has announced five pension funds will split 360-million dollars from surplus state reserves.  The other half of the budget surplus will be returned to taxpayers in the form of Indiana's very first automatic taxpayer refund when they file tax returns next year. The refund will be in excess of $100 for a single filer or $200 for a joint return.  The exact amount will be determined later this month.
