Police say a Portage man allegedly stored a thousand dollars worth of marijuana under his two year-old's car seat.  Nwi.com today is reporting that the suspect was charged Tuesday with two counts of taking a child or endangered adult to a nuisance.  Published reports say a police officer pulled over an SUV driven by the suspect for displaying no license plate. The officer reportedly then found a back pack underneath the car seat which had two large bags allegedly containing marijuana.
