Gary Mayor Karen Freeman-Wilson together with Gary's Green Urbanism and Parks Department are hosting an introductory Urban Garden and Local Food System workshop this evening [[Tuesday, October 23 from 6:00-8:00 pm]] at the Roosevelt Park Pavilion, 21st & Harrison (near Roosevelt High School baseball field). City officials are inviting current and interested community garden representatives to attend the workshop.
