Shortly after 11 o'clock this morning a semi, apparently being driven too fast on the ramp, flipped over on the westbound I-80/94 exit ramp to southbound Indianapolis Blvd.   While causing some back-up on westbound Borman to the exit ramp, the sight of an overturned truck on the exit ramp caused some onlooker slow downs.  Two heavy duty wreckers were still on the scene as of 1:30 p.m. this afternoon to upright the trailer.
