20 year-old Valparaiso University student Kelly Voigt of Palentine, Illinois, who was bitten in the face and neck by a neighbor's dog when she was 7 years-old. co-founded a website that educates children how to be safe around dogs.  According to her website, http://www.preventthebite.com Voigt's injuries required some 100 stitches and treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder and depression.  Kelly is a Junior at Valparaiso, University.
