After ten-weeks of negotiations, a tentative three-year agreement was reached over the weekend between the United Steelworkers and ArcelorMittal. The previous contract expired September first. Last week steelworkers were holding informational pickets outside plants in East Chicago, Burns harbor, and elsewhere in the country.
