Valparaiso Police Department's FOP Distributes Food Baskets

On Saturday morning the Valparaiso Police Department's FOP Lodge 76 once again this year distributed food baskets to local organizations to distribute to the needy in Valparaiso.

Valparaiso Police Lodge 76 has made distributing Holiday Food Baskets a yearly tradition for over 20 yrs. This year over 200 baskets were provided to five local organizations to distribute to local individuals in need.

This year the local organizations receiving food baskets include Immanuel Lutheran Church, Housing Opportunities, Christian Food Pantry, Hilltop Food Pantry, and Valley Baptist Church.

All proceeds were raised locally through donations for this year's food drive
