Indiana University says students will be paying about one-and-three-quarters percent more, on average, for tuition and fees the next two academic years at IUN in Gary and their other campuses. IU also says they're continuing to move toward standardized tuition rates at their regional sites. In-state students at the main campus in Bloomington will pay about 176-dollars more for 2013-2014. The university says the newly-approved increases are the lowest at IU since the late 1970s .
