Did you catch Luke Bryan and Jason Aldean announcing the CMA Nominees this morning? Here is a list of some of the main catagories and who I think should win in bold!

Female Vocalist of the Year: Kelly Clarkson, Miranda Lambert, Taylor Swift, Martina McBride and Carrie Underwood
Why is Kelly Clarkson in this group? I love Kelly as a pop singer, but let's not fool ourselves into thinking she's better than our other country females! Did we just need to fill a spot with a recognizable name?

Vocal Group of the Year: Eli Young Band, Lady Antebellum, Little Big Town, The Band Perry, Zac Brown Band
This is the toughest catagory for me to choose, they all have had GREAT years! However, I am a sucker for the Eli Young Band and think it'd be nice for them to finally get some credit for all their hard work!

Male Vocalist of the Year: Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Blake Shelton ("Mr. Lambert" they said), Keith Urban
After seeing Luke Bryan at Walmart and the Porter Co Fair, I am even more in love with the man! (Too bad he's married!) Keith Urban seems like the only one who doesn't really have a shot to win this year... that being said he IS Keith Urban so you never know!

Entertainer of the Year: Jason Aldean, Kenny Chesney, Blake Shelton, Taylor Swift, Brad Paisley
Ever been to a Jason Aldean show? 'Nough Said.

Album of the Year: Eric Church, Chief; Miranda Lambert, Four the Record; Dierks Bentley, Home; Lady Antebellum, Own the Night; Luke Bryan, Tailgates and Tanlines
I own all these albums and they are all AMAZING! Tough call but leaning towards Dierks! However, if we're judging on what's happened in the past Miranda might be a hard one to beat!
