Westbound 80/94 is still reportedly backing up about five miles due to a semi-over turning around 11:30 am this morning near Ripley St. and traffic tipsters are reporting that the backup on westbound 80/94 is also backing up the right lane westbound Indiana Toll Rd. (I-90).  In addition a Wind ban is in effect for the entire length of the toll rd. until 7 pm CDT tonight.  The ban is in effect for all Triple, Long Double and High Profile Oversize Loads.  The crash had the westbounds lanes closed for nearly 3 in-a-half-hours, this afternoon.
