The Recycling and Waste Reduction District of Porter County says holiday cards can be tricky for recycling, as the glittery, foiled fronts can’t be readily recycled curbside –however, the plain paper backs can be recycled. In their newsletter, the District says tear off the glitz and recycle the rest.
