Region residents are invited to bring their bike and helmet and join a park ranger at Hobart Prairie Grove Trailhead for a ride near Robinson Lake in Hobart on Saturday, July 17 from 1:00-3:00 pm. This trail winds through some rare oak savanna habitat and will be lined with colorful, summer wildflowers. Park officials say Hobart Prairie Grove is a lesser-known part of Indiana Dunes National Park and has undergone savanna restoration work. Meet the ranger at the Robinson Lake parking lot on South Liverpool Road in Hobart.
