The Indiana General Assembly will reconvene tomorrow for the 2018 legislative session. The Indiana Republican Caucus reports priorities this session include strengthening the workforce. By 2022, there will be nearly one-million additional jobs in the Hoosier state that will need to be filled and Republican State Representative Todd Huston of Fishers says GOP lawmakers will continue to work to support policies that attract, retain and improve the workforce, and help Indiana compete globally.
Throughout session, Hoosiers can visit www.iga.in.gov to stay informed and follow proposed legislation. A survey will also be sent in the mail to voters on topics being considered. The survey can also completed online at indianahouserepublicans.com before January 31st.
