INDOT Seeks Public Comment on Statewide Transportation Improvement Program

The Indiana Department of Transportation is seeking public comment on its Statewide Transportation Improvement Program. Under law, each state is required to develop a plan to amend or improve state and local transportation, covering a period of at least four years. Anyone interested in commenting can help INDOT become better informed of any roadway transportation improvements needed on Indiana’s interstates, U.S. highways or state highways. Public input enables INDOT to more effectively identify projects and improvements that will enhance safety and improve the state’s transportation network.
