Hammond to Host ‘Protecting Places of Worship Forum’

The City of Hammond and Hammond Police Department are presenting an interfaith meeting focused on preventing and responding to hate crimes targeting places of worship. The free “Protecting Places of Worship Forum”, facilitated by the US Department of Justice Community Relations Service, is August 16th at the Indiana Welcome Center in Hammond and participants are asked to register by August 15th.
