Daylight saving time ends this weekend. The clocks go back one hour at 2 am Sunday November 7, 2021, returning to standard time. The Recycling and Waste Reduction District of Porter County says the hours for the Valparaiso Compost Site will also change — effective Monday November 8th, the site will be open Monday through Saturday from 8am to 4 pm Central Time.
