In Valparaiso, the city has announced a mixed-use development coming to the area of Morgan Boulevard and Lincolnway called “The Linc”. It will include apartments, retail and restaurant space, and the construction of a public parking structure called The Lincoln Highway Garage with about three-hundred spaces. Construction on The Linc and the parking garage is expected to begin in late 2022 with occupancy in late 2023. Valparaiso Mayor Matt Murphy says the “new additions take the city’s downtown plans to the next level and will be as positive and transformative as the introduction of our downtown park, Central Park Plaza, was a decade ago.” You can read more about the project at the city’s website here .
