In Lake County, Franciscan Health Munster and Rush University System for Health (RUSH) this week announced a partnership to bring the Chicago-based health system’s nationally-recognized thoracic surgeons to Northwest Indiana. RUSH surgeons will now see patients and perform procedures at the Franciscan Health Munster and Dyer campuses. The partnership comes as Franciscan Health Munster is adding new technology in robotic surgery to its lung cancer care. Here is a link to read more.
