Governor Holcomb’s Public Health Commission has scheduled a listening tour around the state to gather input about Indiana’s healthcare system and will make a stop in the Region Friday, March 25th. The 15-member commission will make recommendations to improve the delivery of public health services statewide. The commission’s work is focusing on public health funding, workforce, emergency preparedness, governance and structure, data and information, and the integration of childhood and adolescent health services. They’ll be at Calumet College of St. Joseph in Whiting today from 11am to 1pm CT.
