Today’s next Supermoon has been in the news lately as folks look to the sky for the astronomical occurrence, but have you seen the photos at the Town of Chesterton’s Facebook page of recent “rainbow clouds” spotted over the Region? The post says they were seen over West Beach this past Saturday afternoon (July 9) and one month earlier June 9th over Ogden Dunes, and that it’s a meteorological phenomenon most often observed in specific types of clouds.
