In Valparaiso, a Vietnam Veterans Day Ceremony will be held Wednesday, March 29, 2023, 12 noon, at American Legion Post 94 on Monroe Street. Speakers will include Bob Carnegey, U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran, with Vietnam Veteran’s Day Reflection, and Joe Baczynski, U.S. Marine Corps Vietnam Veteran, History of Vietnam Veterans Day. There will also be a Reading of Names of Porter County Vietnam Heroes who did not return home.
