A company based in Kent County, Michigan is recalling lettuce and packaged salad products over concerns of listeria. Revolution Farms of Caledonia issued the recall after the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development conducted a random sample test that showed positive. The FDA says affected products have been pulled from shelves in Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, and Wisconsin.
