In Valparaiso, a new Greyhound stop has expanded transit options for residents and the Region. The stop connects riders to destinations statewide including Lafayette, Indianapolis, Bloomington and Fort Wayne, as well as the bus line’s network of more than 17-hundred destinations nationwide. The Greyhound stop is at Valpo’s Village Station on Brown Street and offers one northbound bus departing Valpo at 7:05am and one southbound bus at 10:55am daily.
“Greyhound service from Valparaiso connects our residents with even more options,” said Valparaiso Mayor Matt Murphy. “Greyhound is an excellent complement to our existing city-sponsored services, including our V-Line intracity bus, and both the Dash bus and South Shore Connect to Chicago,” Murphy said.
