Vietnam Veterans Day Ceremony in Valparaiso

Vietnam veterans and their families are being honored on this National Vietnam War Veterans Day. The day was established by the Vietnam War Veterans Recognition Act of 2017. March 29th was chosen as it was on this day back in 1973 that the last combat troops left Vietnam. In Valparaiso, Valpo Parks in partnership with Dunes Leatherneck Marine Corps League Chapter 1056 will honor Vietnam Veterans with a ceremony this morning/Tuesday, March 29th at 9 am at the Service Memorial at Foundation Meadows. The public is invited.
